Do you watch the evening news about uprisings and armed conflicts around the world and wish you could do something concrete to help? Do you want to get more information and have a chance to discuss these events with like-minded people in your community?
Consider joining or starting aPragmora Peace Action Team!
Pragmora Peace Action Teams (PPATs) are community-based or university-based groups that meet regularly to learn more about current conflicts around the world, take action on Pragmora's peace campaigns, and magnify the voice for peace.
Each PPAT decides how often it meets and the agenda/ topics for each meeting. A PPAT could have three people, thirty, or more. You decide.
It is expected that each Pragmora Peace Action Team meets a minimum of 8 times per year. Typically, each PPAT meeting includes time in the agenda to "take action" on an active Pragmora peace campaign and time to learn more about an ongoing conflict or a specific issues related to transforming thinking about war.
