START A PPAT

Step 1. Get a group of 3 or 4 people

The Executive Committee is responsible for making sure the PPAT guidelines are followed and are the initial voting members of the group.

Your Executive Committee can have three or four members, but there four roles to be filled: President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer. If your group has three individuals then one person must take on two roles. For example, one person could be Vice President and Secretary. (The President and Vice President cannot be the same person.)

Step 2. Create a Constitution

The Constitution guides the activities and mandate of a PPAT. You may use the Sample Constitution provided here, or submit a modified version with your application. (Students, be sure your PPAT constitution aligns with the student group guidelines at your university/college so you can be an official student group on campus.)

Step 3. Read the PPAT Guidelines

The Executive Committee agrees to adhere to these specific Guidelines and Regulations so that all Pragmora Peace Action Teams positively support the organisation and its mission.

Step 4. Apply !

Complete and submit the Application Form.
